my name is luca, nice to meet you

born near brussels on february 5 2006 and moving near the countryside soon after, most of my life has been exposed under the comfortable arms of nostalgia. these experiences together with my love of mathematics would inspire me to venture in the arts, with the COVID-19 pandemic being the catalyst of it all. free time on my hands, i began learning about the internet and what it means to make music.whilst it was very difficult and formed into depressive periods of my life, today feel very proud to still breathe and feel comfortable sharing what i like most doing. other art-related activities that i do in my spare time include making photography (especially with my thrifted polaroid camera), acrylic painting, and doodling both on paper and digitally.after music became something i was interested in studying (wanted to become an architect and a botanist earlier), music reviewing started becoming a new hobby, and that's where i've met most of my friends today.

nostalgia hit me like a ton of bricks at the start of the year. remembered one day when a friend i haven't seen since 2021 gave me a song file, so i remixed it. we started talking again after the release.

made for the now-defunct noise label Polarize. unironically the turning point in my entire music career. made with instruments i haven't played before and styles i haven't tried. it's awesome !

much like memory pool (the main single), most of the tracks are shallow and somber much like how i was feeling at the time. whilst i like the sound design on this ep, am glad i'm just not depressed anymore.
